Project-based Learning

A research-based, educational model that provides effective student-centered, self-directed learning

Situated Learning

Learning embedded in a social and physical context as similar as possible to that in which the learning would be applied.

Self-directed Learning

Self-directed learners determine how they learn content. The self-directed learner plays an active role in his/her learning process, such as planning, monitoring and evaluating the learning process.

The teacher-facilitator provides opportunities for the student to engage in activities that enable self-directed learning.

Technology Integration

Technology integration refers to the process of using technological resources in a way that supports the learning in a seamless manner. Technology should not seem as a separate, forced activity but rather as a natural part of the learning process.
